Azure previews new Kubernetes networking and GPU monitoring features

Microsoft Azure has introduced three new public preview features to enhance Kubernetes management: cross-cluster networking in Azure Kubernetes Fleet Manager, an AI agent for container networking troubleshooting, and managed GPU metrics integration in Azure Monitor.
